UN-UN 200 to 50ohm coax needed

Sorry for posting in English.
I got ukrainian copy of KLM KT34, but balun is broken.
Standard 4:1 balun is not working, I need un-un type.
Can anyone help me wind it?
What core I need? I got core from copied antenna.
Winding diagram?
