QRZ.com разрешает БЕСПЛАТНО обращаться к ним не более 150 раз в сутки... хотите больше - платите...

Здесь сообщается, что qrz.com ввел ограничение на кол-во запросов за день в колбуке. Они хотят чтобы пользователь подписался на какие-то их рассылки информации либо использовал другой, XML вариант запросов (последнее наверно касается программистов аппаратных журналов).
