мой товарищ по УКВ Liviu YO4FNG обратился за помощью ко мне.
У него сломался , предположительно , НЧ РА Украинского происхождения. И вылетели транзисторы С65 и С64.
Я таких не встречал , может кто видел такое изделие ?

Have here some details about RX-1000 - audio 1000W professional power
amplifier. Have 24 transistors (12 pairs NPN/PNP) as power transistors.
I really need 2 pairs power transistors NPN/PNP named C64 and C65. tryed to
replace but no others type is good. I talk with other friend who have same
power amplifier and all told me that only this C65 and C64 type is good.This
transistors it's made on TO204AA (TO-3) case. See attach.
Can not find in Romania this transistors type and also on internet find
nothing. Have no other friend for asking help.May be you have some friends that
can help me.
This PA was made in Ucraina, I buyed them in 2000 as new one, nothing more
knew about. Worked very very well, I was content but now it's broken !

This PA is for sure made in Ucraina or Moldavia. Here we have "Russian Market Place" and I have
friends from Ucraina and Moldavia who sell russian products (also electronics). They sold this
amplifiers. In 2000, buyed 5 pieces at once but I resold 4 of them. Also buyed others amplifiers
made in Moldavia or Ucraine - named KROK, IUNOSTI and FANTOM (don't know how to type names with
russian characters). This audio amplifiers work very well and it's very very powerfull.
Now mine RX-1000 type is broken. All pieces inside it's from russian factories.I tryed to
repair but only this C65/C64 transistors are good. No others type worked. Tryed to repalce with
other type, but they burn after few days. Talk with other friends who repair that and all said
to me the same thing. Only this C65/C64 transistors are good. Plese need help. Where can I find
2 pairs C65/C64 transistors ?
May be you can ask on repairs centre. I think it's impossible not to find people with some info about.
